House Rules

Please respect the furniture of the house as if it was yours, and leave the place tidy before you check out. Toilet paper is to be thrown in the provided bin next to the toilet, and NOT in the toilet! There is a high risk of clogging the whole sewage system. The Jacuzzi is to be used up till 10pm, not later. Thank you!

The space
The space is being cleaned and disinfected between guests, under strict regulations.
According to the new COVID-19 regulations by the greek government, we are not allowed to operate the jacuzzi in the studio for 2020.

Our Junior Suite consists of one Master bedroom, a dining area with kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower.

A comfortable jacuzzi is located next to the bed, where you can relax after a busy day on the island.

The Junior Suite was used as a tsipouro-making facility 100 years ago. It has been reconstructed in 2016.

Outside space includes a table for two, sunbeds, umbrella, and a shared pool.
Guest access
You also have access to your own patio with sunbeds and lounge seating, next to the pool, which you can use whenever you want.

Neighborhood overview
The Mesaria Village

The village of Mesaria is very close to the capital city of Fira (3 km), at a distance of 0.9 km from the beautiful and famous Caldera, 2 km from the airport, 2.5 km from the nearest beach and 3.5 km from the beach of Kamari.

The traditional settlement of Mesaria is one of the oldest in Santorini and perhaps the only one who remains traditional. It is only 3 km from the capital Fira. There are many beaches near, the most famous beach of Santorini, Kamari, is located at the distance of 3.5 km from the village of Mesaria.

The largest winery of the island is located a little further to the west, directly on the famous Caldera cliff, with breathtaking sunset views! From there you can enjoy the sunset while tasting the famous wines of Santorini. It features a restaurant, a cafe, and a market to buy local wines.
Getting around
Santorini Airport is located 2 km from the house. The owners can help with tours and sailing excursions. Free public parking is possible at a distance of 15 metres. The bus station is located at a distance of 50 metres with direct busses to beaches and to the capital Fira. We can also help with car, atv, or bike rentals, or for a small fee we can arrange for your transfer to and from the beach(es), or anywhere you want.
